Damon Arredondo is a dedicated father, brewer, & community builder. He holds nearly a decade of experience in brewery production, front-of-the-house, and administrative aspects of the brewing industry. He started his brewing career as a volunteer with Weston Brewing Company, attended brew school in Germany, and is now an award-winning head brewer, and community leader.

What has led to Damon’s success is his passion and knowledge for quality, attention to detail, ability to get things done, willingness to do what it takes, and ability to be flexible. Damon’s experience, in the beer industry, and business ownership, brings loads of services he can offer. Those experiences include: having written many business plans, projections, and financial forecasts, owned a successful event and marketing company, led/helped on multiple brewery expansion and build-outs (14,000 sq ft 30 barrel production facility to 3.5 barrel micro-brewery), recipe formulation, and rebuilding equipment acquisition, built a 14 tap refrigerated trailer and mobile bar, draft system install, gained nationwide industry connections, and much more.

After time and energy spent in the field, Damon has earned spots on the Master Brewers Association of the Americas and the Brewers Association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committees. Damon earned his business degree in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from Mesa State University and earned his diploma in International brewing technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology (beer industry school) spending time in both Chicago and Germany.
