I am a brewer, consultant, entrepreneur, father, partner, and community builder based in Kansas City.
My career has taken me through nearly every corner of the craft beer industry, from warehouse work, bartending, sales, cellaring, and brewing to head brewer roles, consulting, brand development, and business ownership. I have worked in Oregon, Colorado, and Kansas City, studied brewing through the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and Germany, and built a career around both technical excellence and community impact.
Over the years, I have founded and operated businesses in craft beverage consulting, event production, mobile hospitality, and contract beer brands. I have developed recipes, supported brewery expansions, managed co-packing logistics, coordinated large-scale public events, built vendor and municipal partnerships, and helped businesses turn ideas into executable plans.
My consulting style is direct, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience. I do not believe a consultant’s job is simply to hand over answers. I believe the work starts by asking better questions: the ones that uncover risk, clarify priorities, and help teams make decisions with more confidence.
I am especially passionate about helping businesses create systems that are not only efficient and profitable but also humane, inclusive, and sustainable. That commitment has led me to serve on industry committees focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, mental well-being, workplace culture, and education.
